*Stranglehold Gourmet Hot Sauce (XX-Hot)Ghost & Carolina Reaper

The StrangleHold was inspired by the infamous Carolina Reaper Pepper (2 million Scoville Units). This sauce we created from Carolina Reaper Peppers Grown at our Mad Hombre Ranch. Over the years I fine tuned this XX-Hot Sauce by surgically extracting the exact amount of “Reaper” needed to make this the most flavorful burn you’ve ever experienced.

      We created this sauce using fresh peppers (Carolina reaper, habanero, scotch bonnet, cayenne, Serrano), garlic, onion,  apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and salt.  Mad Hombre’s Stranglehold will sting your tastebuds and leave you with an ear to ear smile.
